A casino owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians is all set to undergo some major additions. The tribe has made plans to add a 23-story hotel to the casino. The casino, known as the Four Winds South Bend Casino, is situated in South Bend, Ind., and was opened in January 2018.
